Gucci Mane truly has been working hard as he has released his fourth project of new material in 2016 so far. This particular collaboration is with one of hip-hop’s popular rising stars, Lil Uzi Vert, with the mixtape being titled 1017 Vs. The World. A reference to both Gucci’s 1017 records and Uzi’s April mixtape, Lil Uzi Vert Vs. the World, the new project is seven songs long and features production by Zaytoven, Honorable C.N.O.T.E. and Mannie Fresh.
The tape is the second collaborative mixtape Gucci’s released in the past 10 days, following the surprise joint project with Future, Free Bricks 2 (Zone 6 Edition), that they dropped on Nov. 14.
Gucci also released a new video for “Selling Heroin” off Free Bricks 2 tape, which largely consists of behind-the-scenes footage of Gucci and his friends (Future, Young Thug and Young Dolph, and newly fiancee Keisha Ka’oir) at various performances and appearances.
